Dan oversees each commercial project, with experienced foremen managing day-to-day progress on site and coordinating the trades involved. The core team consists of fully qualified builders and can scale from around four to eight people depending on the project.
Specialist work such as roofing is carried out by dedicated LBP-certified contractors, allowing the building team to continue progressing other stages of the project. Long-standing relationships with subcontractors and suppliers also help keep work coordinated and moving.
